On Tuesday, Mark Memoly a US Senate Write-In Missouri Candidate was the first to answer this question "How would you help accomplish "a more
perfect Union"?
The response given by Mark Memoly was "Our next Congress will have to establish a new Energy Program and Grid so that we reduce our dependence on imported oil, reduce the cost of living for every American, and increase people employed.
He cited President Clinton's comments on the Late Show with David Letterman on Monday, September 20, 2010:
"Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design will cut energy consumption rate by at least 38% and pay for itself in approximately six years through utility savings only."
Mr. Clinton also said "We Could Put America Back To Work If We Took This Seriously".
David Letterman concurred: "The rest of the world will look at us and follow". For more video please go to:

Mark Memoly paraphrased Alan Mulally and said:
"Automakers will build vehicles in line with America's requirements provided we establish an Energy Infrastructure" to support it."
As a US Senator I will work with many members of Congress to establish such a policy utilizing Clean Coal Technology, Natural Gas, and Nuclear Power or I will filibuster many issues until a new Energy Grid is accomplished. If you take a look at the Congressional agenda each week the time spent by our Legislature actually addressing America's challenges is minimal.
Mark Memoly said "We must strengthen the ability of each citizen to Achieve the American Dream".
